Giza Governorate announced on Wednesday the detailed plan for the new investment industrial zones that are being prepared to become the largest investment industrial zones in the governorate, namely the Tahma Industrial Zone in Al Ayyat Center and the Karimat Industrial Zone in Atfih Center.

First: Batma Industrial Zone, Al Ayat Center
This area was issued by Giza Governor’s Decision No. 4569 for the year 2014 that it is an area available for industrial investment and there are no encroachments or obstacles on the land.
The area consists of an area of 2208 acres on (Tahma – Al Ayat) road with the following borders: The sea border: Tahma-Ayyat road with a length of 2515 m2, and the tribal border: The land of the General Authority for Reconstruction and Agricultural Development Projects with a length of 3625 m2: 3803 m. The western border: Cairo/Assiut West Road with a length of 3505 m. The eastern border: the land of the General Authority for Reconstruction and Agricultural Development Projects with a length of 3803 m.
As for the (Girza-Ayyat) road, it is located on an area of 1700 feddans with the following borders: The sea border: Land of the General Authority for Reconstruction and Agricultural Development Projects with a length of 3009 m2, the tribal boundary: Girza/Ayyat road leading to Tamiya El Fayoum with a length of 2746 m, and the eastern boundary: The land of the General Authority for Reconstruction and Agricultural Development Projects with a length of 32222 m, and the western border: Cairo/Assiut West Road with a length of 2685 m.
