Location of the first : Ayyat Industrial Zone

The area is located in a location in the middle of three governorates (Giza – Fayoum – Beni Suef), and it is located between four main axes: the (Egypt / Assiut) desert road, the (Egypt / Assiut) agricultural road, Girza road and their roads, all of which are paved roads, and the area is about 65 km from Giza city, and 8 km from the Nile River. Location of the second: Al-Karimat Industrial Zone, Atfih Center
The industrial zone is located on both sides of the Karimat-Zaafarana road between Kilo 7 and Kilo 18 with a depth of 2 kilometers on an area of 13.5 x 9 i 8740 feddans.

Objective of the project

The main goal is to establish industrial, medium and small projects where the surrounding areas have natural raw materials that help to establish factories based on these materials (marble factories, clay bricks, thermal bricks, stone milling, vegetable and fruit canning factories available in Atfih Center).

On Wednesday, the Giza Governorate Media Center announced the approval of the detailed plan for the industrial area, Birza, in the center and city of Al Ayat, after reviewing Law No. 43 of 1979 regarding the local administration system and its executive regulations and their amendments, and Law No. 119 of 2008 regarding the unified building and its executive regulations and their amendments, and according to the approved board 10/7/2024 in accordance with the requirements for the existing industrial area in Birza in Al Ayat.

The decision of the Governor of Giza came based on the approval of the General Authority for Industrial Development on the approval of the detailed plan from the technical point of view of the industrial zone in Girza Al Ayat, on 8/7/2024, as well as the approval of the Executive Council of Giza Governorate to approve the plan on 8/14/2024, within the framework of
