In light of the directives of Mr Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities, to intensify the offering of investment lands in new cities.
In continuation of the efforts exerted and the continuation of the development process in the city under the leadership and guidance of Dr Ahmed Ismail Gabr, Chairman of the New Obour City Development Authority, and to provide more services to the residents of the city and to support investment and investors.
The Authority is pleased to announce the launch of investment opportunities on the website of the investor services portal as follows: –
Investment opportunities offered
1- Serial land plot No. (6B) with an area of 11332 m2 with commercial activity in the service strip on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road.
2- Serial land plot No. (15) with an area of 2610 m2 with the activity of a medical centre in the service area of District 14.
3- Serial land plot No. (140) with an area of 1386.35 m2 with a nursery activity in the services area of the most distinguished lands.
